As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Principal Technical Program Manager for our Core Infrastructure Availability division. This pivotal role demands strong leadership in managing and delivering key initiatives on our strategic roadmap. You will be given substantial autonomy and accountability, requiring effective engagement with all delivery functions essential for infrastructure builds.
We are looking for candidates who possess a robust operations, technology, and delivery background, along with a proven track record of influencing senior business and technology leaders. A strong emphasis on delivering critical initiatives at high levels is essential. Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and business analytics is paramount for success in this role.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the cloud sector.
- 10+ years of experience in delivery for mid to large-sized companies.
- A high degree of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while proposing effective solutions.
- Capability to mentor Technical Program Managers and lead a team of senior engineers and architects.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, and macros).
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities :
Oversee delivery improvement programs, from conceptualization to achieving successful outcomes.Define and implement measurable global programs for Core Infrastructure Availability, challenging the status quo and promoting best practices.Provide program and project management expertise for complex global business initiatives, understanding the interplay between process, technology, and human factors.Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.Influence and orchestrate team collaboration to drive alignment and results while addressing customer and partner feedback.Implement successful change management strategies using industry-recognized methodologies.Build and maintain relationships globally with customers and partners to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring clarity in progress and performance metrics.Surface and comprehend both stated and unstated goals, business issues, and priorities.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and simplification, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and manage priorities and action commitments to drive insights and progress.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Disclaimer :

Compensation and Benefits :
