Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a K-12 school setting in Burbank, Illinois. This onsite contract position offers the chance to work closely with students to develop and implement behavior interventions tailored to their unique needs throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes.
• Provide coaching and training to educators on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications :

Location : Onsite position based in Burbank, IL, serving a diverse student caseload from kindergarten through 12th grade.
