Training for all employees is mandatory so that we can build a team of A-players. We do not hire lube or C techs so that our advisors have 100% confidence in what they're selling. Technicans are also 100% commission (flatrate) so that EVERYONE can make a LOT of money while providing THE BEST customer services.

What You Bring :

• Proven success as an automotive service advisor (2+ years preferred)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Knowledge of repair order process, estimates, and warranty policies
• Ability to translate “car speak” into plain English for customers
• A sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism
