Your Role :

As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will have the chance to make a direct impact on clients' lives. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with clients as you help them navigate their financial journey.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Welcoming clients warmly and answering phone inquiries courteously.
• Pairing clients with the most suitable tax professionals based on their needs.
• Scheduling client appointments in a manner that suits their preferences.
• Ensuring all client needs are addressed during their service, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office space, collaborating with team members to foster a productive environment.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
