Holiday Inn Waterpark – Maple Grove Now Hiring : Waterpark Manager

Position : Full-Time (weekends required) Salary : $50,000–$55,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Waterpark Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team at the Holiday Inn Maple Grove Waterpark. An aquatics background is required, along with the ability to train and certify lifeguards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all waterpark operations and staff

Ensure all safety, compliance, and risk-management standards are met

Train, certify, and develop lifeguards and aquatics staff

Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests

Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and incident response

Provide exceptional guest service and support
