Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and develop specialist sales talent, coaching the team to exceed targets
Act as the General Manager of the business, creating success plans and forecasting accurately
Collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue attainment
Required Qualifications
10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts at the C-Level
3 years of leadership experience managing a sales team
