A company is looking for a Technical Services Help Desk Representative I.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key product lines and serve as the first escalation point for complex issues
Answer and log inbound technical support contacts, providing resolutions and maintaining effective call ownership
Educate and train customers on technical products and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a software or diagnostics environment
Familiarity with customer domain networks, diagnostics equipment, and data software tools is a plus
Proficiency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is a significant asset
