Bilingual Telephonic Triage RN

A company is looking for a full-time bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse for a remote telephonic injury triage position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a call center environment

Document calls accurately and efficiently while providing assessments using triage algorithms

Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and provide superior customer service to clients and employees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification

Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Access to high-speed internet and a private space for patient privacy

Willingness to work weekends and major U.S. holidays
