Mortgage Business Development Representative

A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers

Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with company objectives

Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

No NMLS registration required

Experience in recruitment or business development preferred

Ability to maintain compliance with all regulations

Part-time availability

Non-exempt hourly position
