Clinical Nurse II - Float Pool (Nights)

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our Float Pool team. This role is pivotal in creating a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care according to company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescriptions.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
