Evening Server

Schedule : Saturday and Sunday starting at 4 : 00 PM, with occasional additional shifts for banquets or events

Job Summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an energetic and attentive Evening Server to provide exceptional dining service in our restaurant, Blume, and to assist with banquet events when scheduled. Working Saturday and Sunday evenings starting at 4 : 00 PM until close, you will take orders, serve meals, and prepare bar drinks while ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxed and memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly with professionalism and care
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
• Prepare and serve bar drinks according to recipes and guest requests
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas and service stations
• Assist with banquet service and special events as needed
• Process guest checks and handle payments accurately
• Maintain knowledge of daily menu items, specials, and bar offerings
• Ensure tables and service areas remain clean, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift
• Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth meal and beverage service
• Handle guest requests or concerns with courtesy and efficiency
• Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership
