Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP, a sophisticated trust & estates firm with offices in Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties, has an immediate opening for a senior associate in its litigation group. The ideal candidate will have two to four years’ experience.

The position allows for significant growth and increased responsibility including managing their own caseload and upward mobility.

Excellent writing skills are required, as are sound technical skills, attention to detail, judgment, and reasoning. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starters, possessing good judgment and sound reasoning skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California.

Candidates for the litigation practice must have experience drafting pleadings, engaging in discovery, case management, taking and defending depositions, and engaging in evidentiary hearings. Candidates should have a working knowledge of trust and estates litigation and are expected to be able to manage a matter from inception through resolution.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
