Promote AT&T Fiber high‑speed internet and enterprise solutions through sales campaigns, branded initiatives, and digital engagement strategies.

Support customer enrollment by explaining AT&T Fiber service features, verifying eligibility, and coordinating seamless account setup.

Coordinate activations and upgrades by preparing documentation, updating databases, and ensuring smooth account setup across AT&T Fiber systems.

Track engagement and performance by documenting customer interactions, service milestones, and feedback in CRM platforms to strengthen retention and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and technical support to resolve service challenges and maintain consistent delivery standards.
