Responsibilities Hermitage Hall (a UHS company) is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over years.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dietary Aide ensures that meals are properly prepared and ready for service on time. He/she must have the ability to work under stressful conditions and keep up with work flows. He/she must be pleasant and cooperative with fellow workers and be neat and well groomed. He/she should be willing to show understanding in dealing with problems and emotionally disturbed children.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Meals
- Wash pots and pans
- Record temperature on all equipment
- Clean out pot sinks with degreaser
- Ensure that kitchen is cleaned daily
- Perform kitchen cook cleaning duties as per schedule
- Any and all other tasks that may be assigned on an as needed basis
- Demonstrates knowledge of state licensing regulations, contractual requirements, CARF standards, HIPAA policy, ordinances, laws and other regulations required of his/her position and acts consistently and in obedience to same.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of two years experience working full service culinary operation in cafeteria style.
