Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports Project Management in all aspects of project executionfrom bidding and proposal creation to order management, delivery coordination, and on-site support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the foodservice industry and / or construction project support
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn industry-specific software (e.g., AutoQuotes, SAP)
• Ability to independently estimate project proposals
