A company is looking for a Director of User Experience (UX).
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the UX vision and strategy in alignment with product and business goals
Contribute to design work from ideation to execution using tools like Figma
Mentor and guide a team of UX / UI designers to ensure high-quality output
Required Qualifications
8+ years in UX / UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Strong portfolio showcasing experience with SaaS platforms
Expertise in agile methodologies and fast-paced product development environments
Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams
