Position Overview :

As a Home Inspector, you will be tasked with performing thorough home inspections covering basic residential systems and more specialized ancillary services, including sewer scope inspections, radon testing, mold assessments, and termite inspections. Your work will help empower clients by giving them the information they need to make informed, confident decisions about the properties they are purchasing.

• Conduct comprehensive home inspections with an eye for detail and high-quality execution.
• Provide ancillary services such as sewer scope inspections, radon testing, mold assessments, and termite inspections.
• Offer exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with clients, real estate agents, and others involved in the transaction.
• Review inspection findings, explain issues to clients clearly and understandably, and provide practical recommendations.
