• Monday - Friday position
• Morning sessions in the office
• Walk across the street in the afternoon to see patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility for follow-ups
• Great support staff in the office, NP or PA would build their own patient load and work autonomously after training period with MD
• Always support from MD when needed!
• No weekends
• Background Desired - *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and take direction
• Valid nurse practitioner license in NY
