We have an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join our Business Operations Finance team within the Naval Power portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Finance deliverables including : external earned value management, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), weekly / monthly reporting and analysis. This role will also include collaboration with Operations, Value Streams, and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, and weekly inquiries into cost and labor runs.

What You Will Do :

• Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
• Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables.
• Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly oversight of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
• Provide timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
