Engineering Manager
iVueit LLC | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day WFH) | Worthington, OH iVueit is a crowdsourced property intelligence platform that enables businesses to collect real-world insights at scale. Our platform powers mobile, web, and backend systems used daily across the U.S. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Frontend, Backend, and Mobile engineering teams and help mature our engineering execution and operations.
This is a hybrid role , requiring 4 days per week in our Worthington, Ohio office and 1 day remote .
Role Overview
As an Engineering Manager at iVueit, you will be responsible for people leadership, technical execution, and delivery outcomes across multiple engineering teams. You will work closely with the Technical Architect, Product Management, Tech Leads, and Business stakeholders to design, build, and operate reliable, scalable systems. This role will also play a key part in establishing a production support model as the platform and team continue to grow.
What You'll Do
Engineering Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage Frontend, Backend, and Mobile engineering teams
- Coach, mentor, and manage performance to drive accountability and growth
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and delivery standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and long-term team development
- Promote engineering best practices and a strong culture of ownership and quality
Technical Leadership & Execution
Remain hands-on through design reviews, code reviews, and technical problem-solvingPartner with the Technical Architect and Tech Leads on architecture and system designEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-readyGuide teams through the full SDLC, from design through production and supportProduct & Business Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management and Business teams to translate priorities into executable engineering plansDrive predictable delivery of business-critical initiativesBalance delivery speed, quality, and technical debtProduction Support & Operational Excellence
Help design and scale a production support function (on-call, incident response, escalation)Improve system reliability, observability, and operational processesLead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement effortsTechnology Stack

5+ years of experience managing engineering teams (mandatory)Strong technical background with the ability to stay hands-onExperience leading frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teamsProven track record of delivering production-grade systemsStrong collaboration skills with architects, product managers, and business stakeholdersWork Authorization Requirement (Mandatory)
