Key Responsibilities

A Day in the Life :

• Conduct behavioral assessments and formulate personalized ABA therapy plans
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and fieldwork students, ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery
• Provide guidance to parents and caregivers to help develop essential skills
• Work collaboratively with a multidimensional team, including speech, occupational, and mental health professionals
• Monitor progress, draft treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on clinical data
• Participate in clinical team meetings and continuous learning cohorts
