As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a residential location, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting security-related operations. You will assist residents and guests, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities at the residential location. Monitor access to the building, verify identification, and assist with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Support the enforcement of building policies and procedures to help to deter disruptive behavior and / or unauthorized activities. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
