JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -Psychiatric / Mental Health, will provide skilled nursing care to patients in Specialty and Primary Care Clinics at the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Charleston, SC, and surrounding Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. This role includes managing care for adult psychiatric, medical, and geriatric patients, administering medications, collaborating with the nursing team, and maintaining professional standards in various clinical settings

$50,000 - $55,000 a year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Skilled Nursing Care :

• Deliver nursing care in Acute Care Medical / Surgical areas, outpatient clinics, and labs.
• Manage care for adult psychiatric, medical, and geriatric patients with increasing independence.
