[job_card.job_description]Minimum age 23. Valid CDL Class A with manual transmission experience. Minimum 2 years of verifiable flatbed or regional driving experience . Clean driving record : no DUI in the last 6 years; no license suspension in the last 3 years. No more than 4 moving violations in the last 38 months (maximum 2 in the last 12 months). No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years. No felony convictions. Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand). Authorized to work in the U.S. Loaded Miles : Starting at $30.00 / hour (based on experience). Overtime : Paid after 40 hours per week Employment Type : W-2 employee (not 1099). Pay Frequency : Weekly through ADP (direct deposit every Friday). Payroll Process : Weekly time and trip reports must be submitted to Operations by Sunday night. Modern, well-maintained equipment (2019 Peterbilt + 53’ Flatbed Conestoga). Regional routes with regular home time . Workers’ Compensation coverage. Supportive dispatch and operations team focused on safety and driver success. Opportunities for performance and safety bonuses after consistent results. CARSSOL LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Regional Truck Driver to operate a 53’ flatbed Conestoga trailer throughout the Midwest region. We’re looking for a professional driver who values safety, communication, and efficiency — someone who takes pride in their work, represents our company well with customers, and works closely with dispatch to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
Typical routes will stay within Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania . However, drivers should remain open to the occasional longer route if it provides a profitable or operational benefit to the company..
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate truck and trailer in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company standards.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections; promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Secure all freight with appropriate tie-downs, straps, and chains, and monitor load security during trips.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch to plan, coordinate, and optimize routes.
- Accurately complete driver logs, trip reports, and inspection documentation.
- Follow company policies and contribute to a positive, safety-first work culture.
- Maintain truck / trailer cleanliness and help identify improvement opportunities.
