Oversee daily operations, including staffing, quality, and hygiene standards. Ensure every piadina meets our promise of freshness and consistency. Monitor key KPIs — sales, service quality, and team performance. Manage inventory, cash flow, and costs to drive profitability and efficiency You’ve got at least 3 years of management experience in restaurant or retail. You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire, coach, and grow people. You love Italian food (bonus points if you can say “piadina” correctly ?). You understand how to run a store — from scheduling and training to budgets and operations. You’re calm under pressure and great at finding solutions on the spot. You’re flexible with hours — evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the fun. Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
