The Administrative Coordinator will be primarily stationed at the front desk will manage Rakens day-to-day office operations and support administrative functions to ensure our organization runs smoothly. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming presence while greeting employees guests and vendors. You will support staff with office requests coordinate company activities and office events and serve as a liaison to guide visitors and team members around the office. You will also provide outstanding daily administrative support across the organization and manage office supplies food and snacks. To be successful you will be well-organized manage time effectively and be able to juggle multiple high-level requests. This role requires flexibility to take on a wide range of responsibilities along with strong organizational communication and multitasking skills and the ability to use independent judgment and discretion to establish work priorities based on task assessment and interdepartmental needs.
This is a part-time in-office position averaging 20 to 25 hours per week. The employee is expected to work onsite two days each week Tuesdays and Thursdays with standard hours from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Depending on team needs an additional day may occasionally be required and flexibility is essential.
