As a Lead Chief Of Staff, you will be in a pivotal role within MGO by providing strategic support, driving operational excellence, and fostering a vibrant culture. This role reports to the Director-Chief of Staff and plays a critical role in steering the organization towards its growth objectives. This role demands a dynamic blend of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership acumen, all aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of MGO's initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning and Business Management : Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and business plans to align with organizational goals and drive business growth through identification of innovative solutions with significant operational impact
• Operations and Resource Management : Manage executive operations, oversee human resources and budget functions, and ensure effective resource allocation to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with internal Marketers, key partners, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in service of the organization's commitments
• Employee Experience and Engagement : Drive organizational engagement strategy in service of marketing excellence and ensures team members are optimally equipped to adapt to new processes and technologies

Qualifications :

Our Lead Chief Of Staff earn between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
