A North Carolina medical center is seeking their next Interim Corporate Director of Compliance and Internal Audit!

The Position

• The Interim Corporate Director of Compliance and Internal Audit is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department.
• The Interim Director will be responsible for ensuring survey readiness throughout the healthcare system and must be knowledgeable of local, state, and federal compliance regulations as it pertains to healthcare expectations.
• This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including staff stabilization, leadership transitions, and will assess current projects/procedures while making professional recommendations for improvement.
• This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• CIA, CMA, and/or CFE certification is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.
