Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Technician to join our team. The role involves conducting various internal audits and ensuring adherence to quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of 'ready to close' units that have just been packaged, including all products categorized as such.

Perform internal audits on work-in-progress products, encompassing all items on open work orders.

Execute internal process audits to ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and proper SOP.

Audit technician desks for line clearance, ensuring adherence to 5S, GMP, and GDP standards.

Conduct audits of the manufacturing floor, focusing on compliance with 5S and GMP.

Draft and issue Non-Conformance Reports when non-conformances are identified.

Update the QC Internal Audit Failure log regularly.

Act as the point-of-contact for quality checks during incoming inspections.

Serve as the point-of-contact for technicians and leads on quality-related issues in production.

Assist the buyer with rejecting vendor-related product defects.

Undertake other responsibilities to improve processes and support continuous growth.

Essential Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with quality control and inspection processes.

Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and 5S methodologies.

Familiarity with PCBs, electrical equipment, and wiring.

Understanding of Kanban systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
