Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.Must know and follow sanitation proceduresMust showcase teamwork and communication skills.Must showcase organizational skills.Must be able to multitask and act quickly.Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.Mobility required during the entire shift.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules and proceduresReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry typical restaurant items (e.g., dish racks, trash bags)Ability to work around heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals used in restaurants, with proper safety proceduresOur ideal candidate will also have :
2 - 5 years management experienceA degree in Business Management or other related field is preferredManagement experience in a quick-service, casual or family dining restaurant preferredServe Safe Food Certification a plusBenefits (General Description)
