Processing Manager

A company is looking for a Processing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the processing team and ensure adherence to timelines and workflows

Monitor team workload and efficiency, providing guidance and training as needed

Coordinate with underwriting and closing departments for effective file handling and resolution of escalations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of Processing Management experience

Proficient in Automated Underwriting Systems and mortgage loan systems

Knowledge of program guidelines and documentation requirements

Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members
