Client Development Specialist (Inside Sales)

Full-time, in-person (Scottsdale, AZ)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Support sales efforts by engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote the hiring company’s solutions.
  • Work with job poster accounts to optimize their results on the hiring company platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet performance goals.
