As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of store operations and team success. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support the GM in managing all restaurant functions
• Lead and coach team members to meet operational and sales goals
• Control food/labor costs, inventory, and cash handling
• Oversee training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service or retail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and make smart decisions quickly
• Passion for developing others and creating a great guest experience
• ServSafe certification is a plus
