divh2Job Title / h2pIn this role, youll design and build solutions that make a real impact. Your main platform will be the Web DMS project (ASP.NET MVC), but youll also get hands-on with our Access-based DMSboth powered by Microsoft SQL Server. / ppPrinciple Duties (includes, but is not limited to) : / pulliBuild and enhance our Web DMS using ASP.NET MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. / liliWork with Microsoft SQL Server to create tables, stored procedures, and functions. / liliDevelop forms and reports in Microsoft Access using VBA. / liliCollaborate with other developers using Git for version control. / liliTest and validate your work to ensure quality and reliability. / liliSupport and train teammates in using the systems you help build. / liliUse ticketing tools to track tasks, document progress, and communicate with users. / liliTake on additional responsibilities as you grow with the role. / li / ulpEssential Qualifications / Experience : / pulliMust be a US Person / liliA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldor equivalent experience. / liliA strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. / liliSolid analytical and problem-solving skills. / liliFamiliarity with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server. / liliExposure to ASP.NET MVC, VBA, and Git is a plusbut not required. / liliA positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others. / li / ulpCompetencies : / pulliTrack record of driving incremental change via process and / or IT tools / liliAbility to translate technical IT terminology into simple business speak / liliIntegrity and ethical qualities of the highest standard and comfort in raising awareness to concerns up the leadership chain of command / liliSelf-starter with desire to foster a sense of urgency when addressing customer and business concerns / liliDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and employee productivity / liliMust demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving thought process / liliThe ideal candidate will have the interest and aptitude for continued professional growth.
