Full-Time Registered Nurse, IMC Step-Down

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and capable Registered Nurse to join our IMC Step-Down team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to practice independently in a challenging clinical environment, providing both routine and complex care to our patients. Your ability to manage contingencies and long-term care plans will be crucial to our patient care approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process for patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and overall effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess patient and family learning needs, offering education and identifying resources.
