What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $15–$18/hour, depending on experience
Flexible hours: full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends, days, or overnights — build a schedule that works for you

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Hands-on experience with gait belt transfers
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• A smartphone (for clocking in/out and communication)
• Ability to pass a background check

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
• Preparing meals and tidying up around the home
• Running errands or attending appointments with clients
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Following customized care plans to meet individual needs

Night shifts may include:

• Helping with bedtime routines and occasional incontinence care
• Remaining alert and awake throughout the night
• Creating a peaceful and safe environment
