• Pay: $ 2480 per week

• Travel: Physical Therapist (PT) + Admin Duties

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Variable; Monday - Friday

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Facility Setting? LTACH

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Possible

• Number of beds in your facility? 20

• Preferred experience level? Acute + Admin

• EMR for your facility: Wellsky
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted TX License

• Active BLS certification

• Years of Experience: At least 1 year

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
