Pay : $ 2480 per week

Travel : Physical Therapist (PT) + Admin Duties

Positions Open : 1

Shift : Variable; Monday - Friday

Duration : 13 weeks

Facility Setting? LTACH

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Possible

Number of beds in your facility? 20

Preferred experience level? Acute + Admin

EMR for your facility : Wellsky

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted TX License

Active BLS certification

Years of Experience : At least 1 year

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
