Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Base pay range
$150,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of transactions, conducting industry research, and preparing financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Perform industry and company research to support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
