Senior Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee our strategic initiatives and operational functions.

This is an individual contributor role that will lead cross-functional initiatives critical to 1Passwords growth trajectory, collaborating with senior leaders to achieve business objectives. Leveraging their project management and strategic thinking, the Senior Strategic Operations Manager will guide and mentor team members, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for :

• 7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and / or program management.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with Tech and Security environments are considered an asset.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills.
• Execution mindset and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a thirst for identifying growth opportunities and a knack for identifying and solving ambiguous problems.
• Consistently seen as the go-to person for programs they lead with a track record for accountability and execution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change, with a can-do attitude.

What you can expect :

USA-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $173,000 USD and $235,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $153,000 CAD and $207,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
