Product Manager for UM / CM

A company is looking for a Product Manager - UM / CM.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UM / CM roadmap and define a long-term AI-first product vision

Translate clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements into scalable product logic

Design agentic workflows to enhance user experience and optimize performance metrics

Required Qualifications

5-12+ years of product management experience

3+ years in Utilization Management, Care Management, or Population Health platforms

Experience as a hands-on product leader with team-building responsibilities

Deep understanding of UM / CM workflows and strong product operations skills

Comfort collaborating with AI / ML teams on agent-assisted workflows
