Maintain logistics data records, generate operational reports, and assist in analyzing logistics costs and service quality. Comply with U.S. local logistics regulations to ensure operational compliance.What do we expect- Associate degree or higher; preference given to degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related fields. Bilingual in English and Chinese. At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain; familiarity with the U.S. local logistics market and operational processes is required. Proficient in logistics management software (e.g., TMS), tracking systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle emergencies. Detail-oriented with data analysis and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Preference given to candidates with cross-border logistics or e-commerce logistics experience.

Pay : $25 / hr to $30 / hr Position Overview :
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the local logistics operations of the warehouse, including transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, exception handling, and accounting management. You will ensure efficient and cost-controlled logistics processes while collaborating closely with other teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Arrange local logistics transportation, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and carrier coordination, to ensure timely sending and receiving of goods.
- Track shipment status in real-time, update logistics information, and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, or losses).
Communicate with logistics suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to promptly resolve transportation issues and optimize service processes.
