ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
In our agency, we believe every day is an opportunity to plan for a brighter future. I’ve had the honor of serving my community for the past 14 years, and being a State Farm agent has truly changed my life both personally and professionally. I was born in Mexico City and moved to Omaha in the mid-90s. Most of my family is still in Mexico, and I visit as often as I can.

Family means everything to me — my parents taught me to work hard, be honest, and treat others the way I want to be treated. I never imagined I would become an insurance agent, but this career has become one of the most rewarding paths I could have taken. It has allowed me to build deep connections within the community, many of which have turned into lifelong friendships. My incredible team works hard to support our customers across Bellevue, Omaha, Council Bluffs, and throughout Nebraska and Iowa.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Monica Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
