UniFirst First Aid + Safety is on the lookout for a dedicated Safety Compliance Expert to enhance our Safety Training Department. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate engaging CPR/First Aid and OSHA Safety classes at various client locations. We offer flexible shifts with a standard 5-day work week, ensuring you enjoy two days off! This is a fantastic opportunity with immediate openings and comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy competitive hourly pay starting at $55,000 annually, depending on experience and skills, plus a base commission structure. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver various safety training classes, including CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, and Fire Safety.
• Use a company vehicle for travel to and from customer locations.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule training sessions.
• Promote safety training services and products to customers and prospects.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of training equipment and vehicles.
• Complete necessary reporting tasks.
• Utilize technology to manage billing and training documentation.
• Regularly meet with the training center manager to discuss progress and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand our safety training services.
• Participate in ongoing education to broaden safety training offerings.
• Order supplies as necessary to ensure training readiness.
• Support customers in maintaining OSHA compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are essential.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Safety Instructor with certification in CPR/First Aid, Forklift, Fire Safety, and other OSHA-related classes.
• Current AHA certification as an instructor in CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS, with state law credentialing preferred.
• Experience in sales and upselling safety-related products is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills to convey training material clearly.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Proficient in teaching within an adult education setting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Excellent communication skills for scheduling with clients and colleagues.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
