Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections, proactively following up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth
- Manage payroll, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations
- Utilize Sage accounting software and Excel for financial tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to improve financial processes and efficiencies
