OMS QA Lead

Job Title : OMS QA - Lead

Location : Bolingbrook IL (Onsite from day one or initial 1-2 month remote also fine)

Duration : 12 Month

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities : Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for OMS functionality. Validate end-to-end order flow processes (Order Creation Sourcing Fulfillment Returns Cancellations etc.). Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. eCommerce ERP WMS POS). Analyze test results identify defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. Validate data across OMS and backend systems. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives). Maintain traceability of test cases to business requirements. Create and maintain test documentation test scripts and test data.

Must-Have Skills : Hands-on experience testing an Order Management System (OMS). Strong understanding of order lifecycle processes (capture split allocation sourcing shipping cancellation returns). Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data validation. Experience in functional integration and regression testing. Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g. JIRA Azure DevOps). Must have : Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman SOAP UI). Must have : Exposure to retail / eCommerce business processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with Manhattan OMS IBM Sterling OMS Mule or similar platforms. Exposure to retail / eCommerce business processes. Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman SOAP UI).
