As a House Manager you are leading and supervising the staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the home, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Schedule management, training and performance management, implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs), coordinating care and appointments, and maintaining household records.
Make a difference in the lives of Adults and Teens with Developmental Disabilities and / or Mental / Behavioral Health Challenges

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D and ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
