_The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour

• What you'll be doing as a Front Desk Operator :
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Manage guest complaints and provide solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Available shifts :

Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day) and 2nd Shift (Evening)

• Job requirements :
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
