A company is looking for a Service Desk Support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Operations and Maintenance activities and ensure customer deliverables are met
Collaborate with IT disciplines for incident management and contribute to system documentation
Assist in testing and training for User Acceptance with business partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with four years of experience, or a High School diploma with seven years of experience
Experience in distributed software services and enterprise software environments
Service / Help desk experience, preferably with ServiceNow or equivalent
Knowledge of application development, maintenance, and support across an IT enterprise
Basic knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write SQL queries
