We are in search of a  Chef de Cuisine  who knows how to lead a top-notch team and has a passion for delicious, flavorful food executed and served with care and consistency.

Desired qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary / kitchen management experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in well-rated, industry leading kitchens
  • French cuisine experience
  • Strong command of high-end cuisine and thorough business management skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
  • Brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in expediting a high-volume kitchen
  • Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse kitchen staff
  • Driven towards consistency and service excellence
  • Strong written and computer skills
