A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and develop training strategies and materials
Conduct training sessions and monitor employee performance and learning
Maintain a database of training materials and coordinate training logistics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
Telecommunication Industry Certifications, preferably BICSI
Two years of experience as a trainer or corporate training specialist
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
